Ministry & Personnel Committee
The Ministry and Personnel Committee at Wellington United Church is responsible for supporting and overseeing the church’s staff and ministry leaders. Its purpose is to ensure a healthy and effective work environment, manage staffing needs, provide guidance and support for ministry personnel, and address any concerns related to personnel matters. The committee works to foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere that enhances the church’s mission and ministry.
